Universal Sports TV carried the UCI Road World Championships live from Valkenburg, Netherlands – and they’ve posted highlights of the races on their YouTube page. If you didn’t see Marianne Vos’ decisive victory riding her Giant TCR Advanced SL, then check out the video. Riding in front of an euphoric Dutch crowd, the Rabobank pro ends the race in style by attacking on the final climb up the Cauberg to win by 10 seconds over Rachel Neyland of Australia.
For proof again that the best pros always ride at the front of the peloton, watch for the nasty crash that occurs early in the race that slows more than half the field.
