Giovanni’s Tile Design pb Roswell Bicycles goes to Taiwan!

Giovanni’s Tile Design Racing heads to Taiwan for what is considered one of the toughest bike races on the planet. This video is a short summary of an amazing experience. Taiwan is a place that must be seen and experienced.

The video shows more than just the Taiwan KOM Challenge race.  You will get to see some Giant retailers in Taiwan, hear about Giant bicycles and how their bikes are made, as well as see some interesting food and beautiful views.

The Rider: Luis Berrios Velez – Cat 2, riding since 2012.  5’11” and 158bs on race day. (relative fitness sample for GA locals, Six Gap Century in 5hr 7min.)

The Bike: 2020 Giant TCR Advanced Pro 1 – Utegra Di2 R8070 with Hydro disc brakes, Giant SLR1 42mm carbon clinchers, and Power Pro powermeter.

The Ride: 63.1 miles with 11,450ft of climbing.  41 mile climb with 4% average gradient.

Results: 57th/740 Open group; 9th/150 Age30-39; 1/50 Riders from USA
